– We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund , including return shipping costs.
3. Return Shipping:
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
4. Refunds:
– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method .
5. Non-Returnable Items:
